Postings have been sparse lately, and that’s because I’ve been a busy little bee with work and a little writing here and there. Weekdays are full of conference calls and task lists, and the weekends have quickly become monopolized with hunting for the perfect plot of land to build our Oregon home.
Life has become so hectic that I didn’t realize until I was taking a quick scroll through Linkedin today that it’s been a full year since the birth of this little bud of a company that’s all my own. Taking inventory of the last twelve months of this little LLC, I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible people I’d only heard stories about, met up old East Coast friends at conferences, had the chance to work more closely with colleagues I’d only had peripheral contact with for years, met great new colleagues here in Eugene, and I’ve come to the realization just today that one of the scariest things I’ve ever done has also been one of the most rewarding.
It’s spring, and my world is abloom.
