Charleston is oozing with creativity and marketing talent. And why not? The city is buzzing with growth. With new restaurants popping up everywhere, the growth of the digital corridor and the boon of economic development in general, everyone wants to live and work here – so Charleston draws the best talent. And I get the privilege to work with – and learn from – these folks.
So to have been honored by the Charleston Chapter of the American Marketing Association as 2013 Marketer of the Year at the Spark Awards last night is one of the greatest highlights of my career. And to have had my family and friends there to help celebrate made it one the best evenings of my life. My sincere gratitude to the team at the AMA. This is an award and an evening I’ll treasure always.
