Today is my official last day as Director of Marketing for Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, SC.
After ten years of marketing campaigns, collateral, new creative, fam trips, video and photo shoots, re-branding, marketing and PR plans, weekly revenue meetings, resort events and the annual sprint to Memorial Day Weekend, I say goodbye to a stellar team to dedicate all my time to this new venture called TRIGGER.
I am profoundly grateful to have been a part of the Wild Dunes team and the bigger Destination Hotels & Resorts team. DH&R is as progressive as they come. I’ve learned so much from GM’s, Front Desk Managers, Controllers, Marketing Managers, Director of Revenue, Directors of Sales, and Reservations Managers, all of whom have made me a stronger hospitality marketer. They are selfless stewards, and I wouldn’t be prepared for this step without all the support I’ve received from them and all my colleagues across the industry for the last several years.
My gratitude and eternal thanks to each of them. Enjoy this little tribute I created for them.
